Comstar United Telesystems offers corporate customers various variants of co-operation in establishing hot-spots with regard for specific features of conducting business by a customer and the expected results. The service for wireless access to the Internet will be either chargeable or free of charge to the end users, depending on the model chosen.
The projects for establishing hot-spots feature speed and mobility in implementing communications. Wi-Fi technology is unique in that building a cable infrastructure becomes unnecessary, thus saving a customer substantial costs in employing a hot-spot.
For individuals
Comstar United Telesystems offers individuals a simple and mobile way to connect to the Internet. Connection procedure is structured similarly to connection of dial-up access users. If the service for access to the Internet offered on the territory of the premises is chargeable, then access to the network is provided using a Wi-Fi Comstar Pre-pad Card, whose log-in and password are entered for authorization. While within a hot-spot and using your notebook or palmtop to access the Internet, you will be able to get the following:
- Access to a full spectrum of usual Internet services (e-mail, news, chats, access to a corporate network, etc.) at a rate of up to 11 Mbps;
- Ability to move around within the building while working in the Internet;
- Minimum time of connection to the provider.
